About the Students in Centralized Reporting

Different users can view data for different pools of students in Centralized Reporting.

Teachers can view data for all students in their rosters who have completed assessments. They can also view data for students to whom they have administered assessments in the current school year. (Screener and Alt ELPA test administrators are the exception to the latter rule and cannot view those data.)
School-level users can view data for all students in their schools who have completed assessments.
District-level users can view data for all students in their districts who have completed assessments.
State-level users can view data for all students in their state who have completed assessments.

Depending on your role, you can also view aggregate data for larger groups of students, such as state, complex area, district, and/or school.
